Their seasonal Damson Gin is handcrafted using locally-sourced foraged Damsons from around Cornwall.
Star Anise, cinnamon, nutmeg, clove and orange are added to the infusion, giving spicy and warming flavours without being overly sweet.
Best served after a hearty winter’s dinner accompanied by a cheese board and a fire place.
Cocktail: A Dam Shame. Damson and Champagne. Acidic, tart and slightly sweet.
