Ingredients are sourced from Scotland. White Scottish spirit is relatively easy to source and around 98% of the white spirit in the UK comes from Scotland because of the whisky industry. All the fruit comes from Wester Hardmuir Fruit Farm at Nairn. Fantastic fruit with lots to pick and chose from, they have a brilliant farm shop. Traditional infusion methods are utilised to produce products that are full of flavour.
