A bright and citrusy cumquat gin from Australia bursting with all the zest and zip you’d expect. It was named after founder Eddie Brooks’ grandmother Shirely, AKA, ‘Shirl the Pearl’, who made a mean bootleg version of this recipe. It’s made by steeping locally grown cumquats in Brookie’s Dry Gin for several months. Try it with tonic or mix with lemon, honey and hot water for an exotic hot toddy.
