In keeping with their handpicked harvest, working in harmony with the way juniper grows, they only release in small batches. Each batch is as distinct as the harvest, drawing from the location and climate. Every temperature change, every drop of rain is captured in their distilling process to create a truly unique taste. These small batches sell out and once they are gone they cannot reproduce them, but they continue to explore different juniper harvests to bring you exciting new batches.

In the ancient juniper forests of Scotland there are some rare plants which have been producing juniper for centuries, the grand dames of the highland forests. So on discovering a specimen that is over 200 years old (in Scotland it’s rare for Juniper to age more than 200 years) we decided to do something very special to honour this time aged fruit.

As a tribute to this magnificent specimen we have used her berries to produce Crossbill 200 Special Edition. Produced using fruit only from this ancient juniper bush and the wild rosehip that grows around her.

Presented in a special edition bottle by Glencairn Glass, wax sealed, individually labelled & packaged in a letter pressed presentation tube.

Each bottle features a map detailing the exact location of the single Juniper bush of which it is made and the OS coordinates.

Due to the precious nature of this juniper bush, this release is extremely limited.
