Fresh pineapple slowly hand roasted then macerated with fresh wild Highland juniper, fresh ginger and fresh thyme then distilled in a copper bain-marine still before ageing Pedro Ximenex sherry casks along with more roasted pineapple, ginger and thyme. A long painstaking process the produce a rich and flavoursome full strength pineapple gin liqueur unlike any other.
