Distillers notes: This is one of their first distillations, it was very oily and had a relatively low botanical content. We filled this spirit into 50L ex-Rye Casks at 63.5%abv. The spirit remained in Rye Casks for 8 weeks. This is not a traditional Gin, it is more in the style of a Malt wine Genever. Made for sipping.
