M&H Levantine Gin begins it’s journey the same as their Single Malts, as a 100% Pure Malted Barley that is mashed and then distilled inside their Pot Still.

Then they take Juniper and a selection of hand-sourced Botanicals which have been specially selected from Tel Aviv’s Levinsky market.

Before bottling the Gin is allowed to rest for a further 48 hours and is then distilled for a third time in their 250L Pot Still.

Delicate throughout with plenty of Citrussy notes alongside hints of Oily Juniper and undertones of Spice before a Lemony finish.
