Description

Produced in collaboration with family-run Sibling Distillery based in the Cotswolds, Off-Piste Gin is created from a pure cane sugar base spirit, made by Sibling using carbon-filtered spring water from a natural spring on the distillery’s farm.

The distillery runs on 100% renewable energy and the heat generated from the distillery is used to power the neighbouring brewery.

The base spirit is triple-distilled in small batches and vapour-infused with a combination of classic and alpine botanicals, with every bottle hand-filled and finished with care.

INSPIRED BY THE ALPS

They have created a crisp, aromatic gin with balanced notes of freshness, tartness and floral hints. A gin that makes a mean G&T but also sings from a Martini glass and works wonders in a hip-flask.

They use classic gin botanicals including juniper, cardamom and lemon zest. Mountain ash berries add a tangy sweetness, alpine cornflowers a more delicate floral tone and Saaz hops a savoury freshness that translates into a deliciously bracing taste of the alpine slopes.
