At the tender age of 70 Christine launched Christine’s Preserves. Christine learnt how to make jams and marmalades from her mother and the family recipes she uses today have been passed down through the generations. Bored with making preserves, a new range of liqueurs were launched in 2014 and this ultimately led to a rebrand and the birth of Riverside Spirits.
