The third in their limited edition Creative Collection series – each one with a uniquely designed label featuring works commissioned from artists based in the Scottish Highlands.

They have taken inspiration from their Caithness coastline to create this very different and most unusual gin! Distilled using kelp, locally foraged by Shore Seaweed, and liquorice salt from Hebridean Mustard Company.

The artwork was created by Kelly Munro, Scottish artist and jeweller, originally from the small fishing town of Wick. Her most recent collection is inspired by the drifting tides of Caithness and seaweeds found on the northern Scottish coastline.

Their Coastal Edition is made in Elizabeth their traditional vapour infusion still.
