Damsons are carefully combined with an eclectic mix of 15 carefully selected botanicals, including Cumbrian juniper, and six others which are native to the Lake District National Park.
Process
They first produce their wonderful Lakes Gin by steeping the botanicals in the finest English wheat spirit, along with pure Cumbrian water, sourced from the River Derwent. This is then distilled very slowly in small batches in their traditional, handmade copper pot still, Chemmy, before the damsons are added to create a damson gin full of fruity full bodied flavour. Enjoy a drop in prosecco or straight over ice.
