A gin with its heart very much in Spain, Valentia Gin features a hearty helping of Valencia citrus at its core, alongside juniper spiciness and a selection of classic botanicals. The spirit itself is based on sugarcane, which is double distilled in a copper pot still. Serve with tonic, or perhaps with cloudy lemonade if you’re after a citrus explosion.
