A cask aged edition of Zuidam’s Dutch courage gin. This gin spends time maturing in 200 litre American oak casks before being bottled at 44 percent abv, resulting in caramel-y, vanilla-y, aged-gin-yumminess coming through alongside the crisp, herbal juniper notes.
