Description

This genever is a special recipe by Patrick van Zuidam. The mash is made from equal parts of rye, corn and malted barley and is distilled three times after fermentation. It is then distilled again with a new blend of botanicals. In this blend feature among juniper and liquorice various other aromatic herbs and spices. This results in this genever with its characteristic mild flavour and gentle mouth feel.
